Mitch has been instrumental in the growth of six start-ups, inclusive of three with successful monetization outcomes; two acquisitions and one IPO (Medidata Solutions, June 2009).  

His journey includes several industry commercial “firsts”:

  • Healthcare Provider: First Managed Care Home Infusion Therapy provider (PA/NJ/DE): 1990

  • Life  Sciences Technology: First formal CRO Partner Program commercialized by an EDC technology solution provider: 2005

  • HR Technology: First Recruitment Marketing use of Personality Assessment Technology: 2018
