What ACG does best
-
A formal CRO partner ecosystem serves as a force multiplier for a clinical technology solutions provider to drive more booking and revenue opportunities with sponsors. Similar to sponsors that augment their in-house drug development efforts with CRO outsourcing strategies, the ability of a solution platform company to generate revenue directly and indirectly is critical to scalability and growth predictability.
How do you build a revenue-driving CRO network?
ACG can prescribe or create the most appropriate CRO model based on each unique client profile.
-
Even the most innovative solutions to long standing drug development challenges fail when an organization lacks the experience to recognize the holistic "check boxes" necessary for commercialization. Typical examples range from optimum field deployment, to sales operations support, to critically important product/market fit.
How can you be confident you’re ready?
ACG can quickly assess where gaps exist and prescribe remedies to ensure there is no need to turn back once feet hit the street.
-
Ensure the best fit Business Development people are “on the bus” to align with company’s current support resources and Go-To-Market plan.
Identify the “keepers” (may include surprises if GTM Readiness Assessment has closed a gap)
Conversely, identify those that may offer more value by “switching seats on the bus”; free others for a better career fit
Coach based on the unique attributes of each field resource to elicit their best professional identity and winning formula
How can you ensure your field organization is up to the task?
ACG can expertly evaluate existing resources and optimize teams.
